President Trump must break Huawei and ZTE and any other telecommunications company China puts forward as a friend to US technology.  China has  become evil in their pursuit for world domination.  If allowed to cross the line of no return, they will dominate us socially and economically and our only recourse would be a military war, which i am afraid would not turn out well for either side. I would suggest a type of Marshall Plan for Europe and our other allies around the world (most importantly Israel and Saudi Arabia) in the telecommunications arena since that is where our future seems to be headed. Nixon made a mistake no one ever foresaw. A free and open West can defeat the communist ideals espoused by China, but we must put up a firewall to keep their spying against their own people, until one day, the people of China may rise up and decide to become free.

The average American family lives within a budget and manages to survive without going into excessive debt.  In other words, they do not spend excessive amounts of money they do not have.   All of the fifty states must also live within fixed budgets.  Why does the federal government get to spend money uncontrollably in excess of revenue?  The entrenched politicians have come to expect deficit spending because no politician seems to care about the 22 trillion dollars of US debt, we, the American people, owe.  Well, many people do care, and the ones that don't are a foolish bunch of economic illiterates.  Our national debt will push the United States to the brink of economic ruin and eventual collapse, way before any foreign military power or the disease of social degeneration.  Does China spend ungodly amounts of money in excess of revenue? I bet not. Don't agree to a two year budget deal.  Insist on a one year deal so that you can make a balanced budget amendment a key issue in the 2020 campaign.  The American citizens cannot afford this runaway national debt. One day someone will have to "pay the piper."  If you are sincere in keeping America great, do something about our national debt.

     The Catholic Church has been overtaken by homosexuals.  I can still remember that famous question posited to Pope Francis on one of his early plane trips when a reporter asked him if women could become priests and if homosexuals could marry in the church.  His answer was not a definite “no” to either question as I recall and left open the possibility of future scandal for the Church.  Then in 2016 the Pope decided to publish his exhortation,   Amoris Laetitia and so began the current schism among priests of the Catholic Church between the homosexuals and the celibate.  In Amoris Laetitia, the Pope opened a can of worms.  He stated that married and civilly divorced couples can receive the Eucharist in Mass and that the Church should freely accept and possibly extend the Eucharist to homosexuals.  These two statements clearly go against 2000 years of established truths of the Catholic Church through revelation and tradition which holds the indissolvability of marriage and a complete prescription against homosexuality.  Thereafter, Archbishop Chaput of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia immediately released “Pastoral Guidelines for Implementing Amoris Laetitia” which forbade divorced and civilly remarried heterosexuals and homosexuals, married or not, from receiving the Eucharist or taking part in the administration of Catholic Church functions. The issuance of the guidelines was immediately followed by four cardinals who signed a dubia addressed to Pope Francis. The five dubia were short and concise questions requiring “yes” or “no” answers from the Pope about these issues raised.  Pope Francis never responded. In 2017 a Filial Correction of Pope Francis was signed by 62 scholars which stated that the Pope has “effectively upheld 7 heretical positions about marriage, the moral life, and the reception of the sacraments, and has caused these heretical opinions to spread in the Catholic Church.”  Still the Pope remained silent. During Easter week of 2019 prominent theologians and philosophers within the Catholic Church issued an “Open letter to the bishops of the Catholic Church” which has accused the Pope of the crime of heresy based on 7 specific positions he has publicly and consistently taken since Amoris Laetitia and which are clearly against the magisterium.  They demand that the Pope recant these heretical positions, or, in the alternative, that the bishops declare him a heretic and remove him from the Chair of Peter.  The letter then switches gear and begins to list numerous priests, bishops and cardinals by name who have either been accused of homosexual activity and sexual assault or who have protected others accused of such crimes, and who have been placed in positions of authority at the Vatican.  The letter also mentions the secret agreement of the Pope to allow the rulers of communist China to appoint Catholic bishops.  (I wonder if Peter and Paul would have ever given Nero that authority.)
     Don’t believe me about the things you have just read.  Read the documents yourself by a quick search on google. Can you see what deviation from the divine law does?  It only brings in scandal, confusion, depravity and chaos.  It is always evil and can only cause strife and division.  Speak up.  It’s only your eternal soul that is in jeopardy if the Church, which Christ started, falls into ruin.

​     The problem with an independent judiciary in this country is that our judicial system is no longer independent.  Our judges are supposed to be fair and impartial with an open and clear mind.  Picture if you will the scales of justice, a women holding a balancing mechanism which holds “goods” and is perfectly level when empty.  In other words, each of the two plates are an equal distance from the ground when empty  As applied to the judiciary, as evidence and the law pile up on each side of the scales for the opposing parties, at the end of a trial, the side of the scales which has moved lower to the ground, wins the case. Today, unfortunately, judges have their fingers on the scale in favor of one litigant over another before the trial even begins.  And this biased judicial favoritism is becoming worse for many reasons. 
     First and foremost, judges today have internal, personal biases and conflicts which cloud their judgment.  They may dislike the personality or trial techniques of a particular lawyer and rule against that lawyer when that lawyer, if the facts and law were on her side, should have won.  A more disturbing phenomena is political bias in the federal judiciary.  The federal judiciary has become a politicized branch of government when, in fact, its existence requires it to be non-political.  Its purpose in an ideal world, which the framers of the constitution strove to create, was to interpret laws of the legislative branch that were being carried out by the executive branch.
     Let’s look briefly at what has happened since the framing.  The legislative branch has become, against all warnings from Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay in the Federalist Papers, brazenly and ferociously political. The two parties hate each other, all in the name of power and money.  The executive branch is absolutely political in that the party winning the presidential election controls all governmental departments.  Lastly the judiciary.  The president in power appoints judges with the advice and consent of the senate.  When the president and the control of the senate are in the hands of the same party, the seeds of judicial bias begin to germinate.  The party in control stacks the courts with judges of their political bent.
     Look at one example of thousands.  Judge Stanley Bastian of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, granted a preliminary injunction Thursday, allowing Planned Parenthood to continue to receive millions of dollars in taxpayer funding under the Title X family planning grant program.  The Trump administration’s rule, which bars the “co-location” of federally funded family planning clinics and abortion clinics is a conservative political position.  Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson, a democrat, boasted that his office “has filed 35 lawsuits against the Trump Administration and has not lost a case.”  Appeals from this district court are brought to the infamous Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals which has been stacked with democratic judges and is the court whose decisions are reversed by the US Supreme Court most often.
     The judiciary is not supposed to become political, but over the years it has morphed in a judiciary of opposing political parties, just like the legislative and executive branches.  We have reached a point of extreme judicial political bias.  The only hope for a remedy is with the Supreme Court who now has five conservative (Republican) judges and four liberal (democratic) ones.  Is that a neutral or partisan final arbiter? A deeply biased political judiciary will ruin this country, if it has not destroyed it already.

Do you think that you are ‘all that plus a bowl of butter beans?’  Well, maybe you should look to the stars for a little reality (and soul searching.) Think about this.  The universe (the entire charted and uncharted region of outer space) is composed of galaxies.  These galaxies are huge clusters of stars (huge globs of radioactive energy) rotating around a black hole. Scientist estimate that there are 2 trillion galaxies in the universe. Within each galaxy, there are billions of solar systems, a group of planets (huge globs of rock or ice) revolving around a star.  Our solar system has no particular name except that Earth, a planet, revolves around the Sun, a star.    Here are eight planets in our solar system: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Our little solar system is located within one of these two trillion galaxies.  Scientist predict that our Milky Way galaxy contains about 100 billion stars (suns.) The Milky Way is a spiral galaxy type so it has arms sort of like an octopus with its arms rotating clockwise around a center. Our Sun does not lie near the center of our Galaxy.  The Sun is located near the outward tip of the Orion Arm of the Milky Way.  This makes Earth about 28,000 light years from the center of the Milky Way, our galactic home.  The ancients thought that our galaxy, the Milky Way, was the whole of the known universe.  They only saw the shining stars within our galaxy with the naked eye or with crude telescopes. And our Earth, so they thought, was the center of this vast group of stars, all of which were rotating around us on Earth.  So when you decide to set yourself free, free from the warped little world you have created for yourself, go outside one starry night to confirm that you are but a grain of sand on the beaches of this world.

​Aren’t you tired of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community’s attempt to impose their depraved mentality on our culture? They parade around the world accusing anyone who disparages and opposes their lifestyle as racist and homophobic.  They infiltrate our elementary, middle and high schools with curriculums validating sexual promiscuity. They attempt to convince our children that it is ok for girls to become boys and boys to become girls. They convince college kids and their professors that the conservative and Christian middle class frowns upon and discriminates against them.  They invade our churches and create scandal by molesting children and demand that they become pastors and the right to marry.  They take over the girl scouts and boy scouts and promote gay lifestyles and abortion. I for one have had enough of this charade.  Please don’t impose your sexual immorality and depravity on me or my children and grandchildren.  If you desire people of the same sex or if you feel that you are driven to change your gender, do it on your on time and within the privacy of your home, but don’t try and impose your sexual dysfunction on your neighbor.  Google it.

​Stupid dems can declare all the emergencies on guns that their cold hearts desire. The 2nd amendment, which protects the right to carry, trumps any emergency declaration on guns that some puffed up dem president may declare. A border emergency and gun rights are two completely different animals. The constitution does not protect open borders and illegal immigration. The courts will never allow a president to take away our guns under emergency declaration authority granted to him/her by congress when that right is protected in the constitution. Such nonsense is fake news designed to scare the public.

​A Protestant preacher once told me that he disliked Jews because their God was not the same God as the God we Christians worship. He implied that the reason for his dislike was the blame he placed on the Jews for the death of Christ.  But I asked him how many Gods are there?  Isn’t the God of the Jews the same God of us Christians, I asked?  (I will not bring into this equation the question of the God of the Muslims.)  My answer to the dilemma is simple and Protestants confirm my logic on a daily basis.  There can be only one God and He is the God of all of humanity.   My reasoning is straightforward.  Protestants systematically use the Old Testament in their preaching every day.  And the God of the Old Testament was and still is the Jewish God.  The Old Testament was composed and propagated by the Jews for 1000 years before Christ. And although Christ existed and may have been referenced a number of times in the Old Testament, Christ had not yet appeared in human form. But God in His omniscience and foreknowledge sent a part of himself into humanity at the perfect time in human history. God knew that the destiny of the Jew was to kill His Son.  But God also knew that the Jew would soon be in diaspora. Within 40 years after the death of Christ, a new religion was founded by God Himself and the Jews were dispersed to the four corner of the world by the destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans.  This new religion, then recognized through revelation, that God as a trinity, Father Son and Holy Spirit, had accomplished for humanity what humans could not achieve through the Jews.  God conquered sin and death.  But because we are humans, schisms developed.  First the Muslims created a break from Christian and Jewish orthodoxy in 630.  Then the Catholics underwent schism between the Orthodox and the Roman Rite in 1054.  The final schism occurred within the Roman Rite in 1521 with the Protestant Reformation. Now Catholics, Protestants, Jews and Muslims pray to and worship the one, omnipotent God in different ways.  But our father, God, has remained one and the same for eternity.

​     “[L]eftism is an emotion,” said Dennis Prager. “It’s not a position. And so, they so loathe that anybody is richer than anyone else; that it is better that everyone suffer at a low level than everyone be improved…” This emotionally charged “fake righteousness” of the left pretends to care for the less fortunate in our society. They empathize with the downtrodden and the fringe of main stream America only to cobble together a voting base.  Leftism is not based on an economic theory, except maybe big government and more taxes, if you can call that a theory. They believe that big government should provide all the answers, regulate all areas of the economy and use taxes on the rich as a penalty to redistribute to the lazy and inefficient. Only problem, if you tax the rich into non-existence, where do you get tax revenues? Leftism (liberals) tends to drift toward the traditions of socialism and Marxism. But they shy away from these labels and brand themselves as progressives. So today, progressive is a synonym for liberal; liberals began the name change during the Reagan years when Reagan managed to disparage the term to the point that liberals became ashamed of the moniker.  (Liberals today are not aligned with the tenants of the original progressive movement of the late 1800s and early 1900s.) Rightism, for a better term, traditionally espouses the economic theory of laissez-faire - “Let (people) do (as they choose).” Also called captialism, it describes an economic system that opposes regulation and interference by the government in private and economic affairs beyond the minimum necessary to allow the free enterprise system to operate according to its own laws. The most basic of its laws is that of supply and demand.  It encourages entrepreneurship and job creation through the private sector. A true free market applies to every industry and service and each sector is burdened with the least amount of government involvement. Risk takers in business and industry get rewarded and, as a by-product, provide the jobs and income to the workers in the system who decide not to take risks.  An efficient, market-driven, economic engine provides security to the working man and business leaders.  A rising tide floats all boats.  Some called it trickle-down economics as a pejorative label implying that the poor only got the crumbs.  The poor will always be among us, however.
     Charles Fourier in the 1830s was a French philosopher and one of the founders of utopian socialism. His theory alleges that society as a whole (later government), should own or at least control property for the benefit of all its members. All of humanity would be equal financially, morally and politically, a kind of heaven on earth.  Society would worship the state, not a fictional God.  Its utopian members cannot be good socialists without being  good atheists; otherwise the members are not true to either cause. Some would even say that Jesus was the first socialist because his disciples often sold all of their possessions and contributed the proceeds into a community “pot,” shared equally by all based on need. Socialism is a big brother to Marxism, a movement espoused by Karl Marx in the 1860s and 1870s.  Marx championed an equal redistribution of resources to members of society. Marx declared that religion was an “opiate of the people.” In other words, religion was a medicine which tranquilized the fears and disappointments of the poor and working class. Both theories frown on capitalism, where the risk taker is rewarded in direct proportion to the amount of risks he/she takes.  Socialism promotes laziness.  If I know I am going to be given the same as the next man, why should I do anything extra or any more work than I have to.  Socialism is similar to the economic lesson taught by Christ by the vineyard owner.  The owner sought workers in town for his vineyard in the morning, at noon and later in the day.  When it came time to pay the workers, he gave them all the same amount of pay.  The early works complained that they should have been paid more than the late comers, who worked for only an hour or two.  Although Jesus’ lesson was about salvation, it was a good economic lesson on socialism and a perfect pitch for capitalism.  Doesn’t the story express the idea of socialism very well? Who determines how much money is enough for each worker? Who forces the workers to all work the same amount of time with the same amount of energy? And what about those who are not frugal and demand more when their share runs out?  Under true socialism, there is no vineyard owner, only the government.  And the government cannot tax more and more of the rich to redistribute to the less fortunate since the rich no longer exist under a utopian socialist system.  
     Socialist tendencies create a culture of identity politics by the left.  And the elite left refuses to acknowledge that everyone cannot be treated equally under our capitalist system.  (Isn’t that an oxymoron, the elite left calling for equality?)  Their call words are racist, sexist, homophobe, fascist, anti-Semite, bigot and misogynist.  These elite leftists use these terms to foster fear and confusion within society to fawn and mold an identity crisis within their radical base, mostly young people and the super, alt-left, rich elite and Hollywood types. For black-face and illegal migrants, they call it racism – why do these horrible and cruel, rich republicans treat these people the way they do?  Building a wall to keep illegal aliens from breaking our laws is somehow racist.  We are all immigrants except, maybe, the American Indians.  Most Americans praise legal immigration.  The elite left use racists like Jussie Smollett to strengthen their cause for continued racial divides.  And they allege that Trump and Rosanne are racists until they are blue in the face. They unleash radical leftist on the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville – a rally that occurred amidst the backdrop of a controversy generated by the removal of Confederate monuments (as if the removal of a monument can somehow change our history.)  The alt left claims these monuments are a symbol of slavery, yet the Democratic supported slavery and helped start the Klu Klux Klan.  With this confusion, black youths are ashamed of their history and have lost their cultural identity. Yet the elite left says nothing about ‘black lives matter’ or Antifa’s racism and bigotry.  They portray them as fighting an enemy who, in reality, is concocted from within. Many of the elite socialist embrace Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, even Obama worshiped Farrakhan.  Yet the new socialist elite hate Jews and disparage the hateful Right who call extreme, Muslim, jihadist terrorists. The elite leftists also want to remove nativity scenes and the Ten Commandments from public places because these symbols discriminate against satanists, Muslims and atheists. And they want to erase our historical reliance on Judeo-Christian ethic because that discriminates against homosexuals and abortionists. The elite left criticizes the Catholic Church for not recognizing gay marriage and for not allowing women to become priests.  So the church and all its members are labeled homophobes and anti-feminists according to the elite left.  The protestant church is in a constant state of schism. It was born from schism and its children are schisms. They take on more and more atheistic views.  The elite left never embraces religion.  Why is that?     Religion exposes their deformity and sheds light upon their intent to divide.
     Look what the elite left accomplishes with these emotional rants – division and identity politics.  These identity groups are being repressed by the elite left for their own political survival.  And the sad thing is that the poor, downtrodden and shunned are unaware that their own fake cheerleaders are the direct cause of their repression, championing socialism as a saving political and economic pariah.  The elite, socialist left cares for no one but for themselves.  And destroying capitalism and religion is the ultimate coup of the elite, leftist radicals because without religion and without a free-market, capitalist system, they become the power brokers and the rule makers.  Can you see that they have no respect for equality, neither financially or politically?  Who would govern the masses, the nobility of the elite left?
